We provide cleaning services as outlined in agreed quotations.
We reserve the right to adjust or refuse services if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.

3. Access and Safety

Clients must provide safe access to the property and inform us of potential risks (e.g., hazardous materials, animals, sharps). Dogs must be muzzled for the duration of our visit.
We may decline or postpone work if safety standards are not met.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.
  • Booked services are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur full charges.
We may reschedule or cancel work if access, safety, or environmental conditions are unsuitable.

6. Liability

  • Reset Rooms accepts no liability for indirect loss, accidental damage, or items not specifically listed in cleaning contracts.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration.
  • Client must ensure all valuables and breakables are secured or removed before cleaning.

7. Insurance

We maintain appropriate business and public liability insurance for accidental damage directly caused by our negligence, up to the policy limit.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and reasonably prepared. Additional time or services caused by unforeseen conditions may result in added charges.

9. Complaints

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of satisfactory work.

10. Termination

We may terminate services at any time for breach of terms, safety issues, or non-payment.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, designs, and business materials remain the property of Reset Rooms and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by UK courts.
